K'nijntje

K'nijntje daycare centre is located at Annie Romein-Verschoorlaan 25 in Nieuw Den Helder and is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Den Helder. We provide daycare for up to 56 children aged 0 to 4 years. At K'nijntje we work with four groups: a vertical group, a baby group, a toddler group and a preschool group. This structure allows us to provide an appropriate environment for each child, tailored to their developmental stage. The vertical group gives younger children the opportunity to learn from older children, while older children learn to take responsibility and further develop their social skills. Our childcare staff use the VVE method Startblokken to stimulate children's development in areas such as language, numeracy, social-emotional development and motor skills. We design our spaces to be challenging and thematic, paying attention to emerging literacy and numeracy. There are plenty of play and learning materials available that invite children to explore and learn. K'nijntje has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 January 2010 under number 204262859. We meet all national quality requirements and are supervised by the GGD Hollands-Noorden. Parents can apply for childcare allowance with us. We welcome children from birth to 4 years and offer a safe, familiar place where children can develop optimally. Our location is easily accessible and we work with a permanent team of 11 to 20 childcare staff who care for your child with great pleasure and dedication every day.
