Kinderdagverblijf Berenhuis, Kindcentrum De Schatkist

Kinderdagverblijf Berenhuis, Kindcentrum De Schatkist is located at Schoolstraat 1 in the centre of Berlicum and is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Berenhuis. For more than thirty years we have provided high-quality daycare for children aged 0 to 4. In our fixed core group younger and older children play together; the youngest learn from the older toddlers while the toddlers practise their caring role. This vertical grouping creates a homely atmosphere in which every child feels safe and secure. Our location has 28 places and is housed within Kindcentrum De Schatkist. Together with Basisschool De Parel we form one continuous learning and development line from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Thanks to the intensive cooperation within the child centre, children can seamlessly move from daycare to the toddler programme and later to primary education without ever having to leave the familiar environment. Kinderdagverblijf De Diamant – the name of our daycare section within De Schatkist – follows the vision of Stichting Kinderopvang Berenhuis: small-scale, committed and focused on the development of every individual child. We provide a safe, stimulating play and learning environment in which safety, security and enjoyment are paramount. Our pedagogical staff closely follow each child’s development and tailor activities to the world and pace of your son or daughter.
