Kindercentrum Jip en Janneke

Kindercentrum Jip en Janneke is a small-scale daycare centre in the Oude Noorden district of Rotterdam. We provide care for up to 56 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location at Willebrordusstraat 43 has two baby groups for children aged 0-2 and two toddler groups for children aged 2-4. With a small, permanent team we create a homely atmosphere in which every pedagogical employee knows all parents and children, and vice versa. Quality is paramount: we work with professionally trained staff educated to at least secondary vocational level, provide structure through fixed core groups and a set daily routine, and operate a quality-management system. We also aim to integrate children with and without disabilities. Our overall objective is to deliver high-quality childcare in a safe and trusted environment, responding flexibly to parents’ needs and involving children continuously in our activities.
