Kindcentrum Van den Bergh

Kindcentrum Van den Bergh is located at Gerard Doustraat 125 in the centre of Voorthuizen and is part of the Stichting PCO Gelderse Vallei. Since the summer of 2024 we officially offer daycare (KDV) for up to 32 children aged 0 – 4 years. Under one roof we combine Protestant-Christian primary education, toddler care, before- and after-school care and now full daycare. This means your child has one continuous, familiar place from baby to toddler and later right through to grade 8, all based on the same values and vision. Our KDV is guided by the same four core values that define our entire centre: trust, involvement, creativity and responsibility. Our pedagogical staff create a safe, challenging environment in which your baby or toddler can develop optimally. We tailor activities and care directly to the young child’s world of experience and work closely with the school’s internal supervisors and specialists. Thanks to our integrated approach, there is always attention to a seamless developmental line; your child never has to switch environments or familiar faces. Our groups are arranged horizontally: babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are placed in age groups so that we can match care, stimuli and activities precisely to your child’s developmental stage. We have our own outdoor play area that is becoming greener every day, so even the youngest children can play and explore safely outside. Before- and holiday care dovetails perfectly: on school days you can use before-school care from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. and after-school care until 6:00 p.m., while during holidays care is open from 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Would you like to visit our baby and toddler groups or our pre-school group?
