Welcome to Kindcentrum Ruimtepret in Hoogezand! We are a small-scale daycare center located at Hoofdstraat 31, providing care for up to 13 children aged 0 to 4 years in a warm, homely atmosphere. We operate with two core groups: Star (16 children) and Moon (5 children), where children of different ages play and learn together. At Ruimtepret, we make every day special. Our childcare professionals create a warm, safe environment where children can develop freely. We have a wonderful garden where we garden together - think strawberries, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes from our own garden. This way, children playfully learn where our food comes from and how everything grows and blooms. We love making trips with our cargo bikes and walking carts. This breaks up the day for the children and we fully enjoy everything we encounter along the way. Whether we're going to the library, the park, the playground or the swimming pool - every outing is an adventure! Our small-scale approach ensures lots of personal attention. We believe it's important that every child feels seen and heard. That's why we work with familiar faces and a homely atmosphere that connects with the home situation.
