Welcome to Kindcentrum Balkbrug, location 't Wennest at Van Hemertstraat 16 in Balkbrug. We are part of Stichting Welluswijs and provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a warm, homely environment. Our group is called De Pretvogels and has a maximum capacity of 16 childcare places. Our professionally trained pedagogical staff take care of your child with great pleasure and attention every day. We believe that children of different ages can learn a lot from each other. Therefore, we work with vertical groups where children from 0 to 4 years play and discover together. In the morning, we temporarily split into age groups 0-2 years and 2-4 years, so each child receives a program that exactly matches his or her development. Our spaces are specially designed for the 0-4 age group. Children can play and develop to their heart's content here. We offer playful, varied activities that stimulate your child's development in a friendly atmosphere. Think of language development through reading and singing, but also motor development through outdoor play and crafts. We find it important that parents feel welcome and are involved in the care of their child. There is always room for personal contact and consultation. Our flexible childcare options make it possible to tailor care to your situation. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (early drop-off possible by arrangement). As a children's center, we work intensively with playgroup, after-school care and education within one team with one pedagogical plan. This ensures a smooth continuous development line for children from 0 to 13 years.
