Welcome to Stichting Kinderdagverblijf Maarheeze – Kinderdagverblijf Kiekeboe, located at Kijkakkers 1a in the heart of Maarheeze. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a safe, homely and stimulating environment. Our daycare centre uses horizontal groups: the Tovertuin and Smurfendorp (0-2 years), the Kabouterbos (2-3 years) and the Piratenboot (3-4 years). Each group has its own work plan tailored to the developmental stage of the children. We implement the VVE programme ‘Uk & Puk’ and use the KIJK! observation tool to carefully monitor each child’s development. Our pedagogical professionals are trained as mentors and provide individual guidance to every child. Daily activities include singing, reading, arts and crafts and theme-based work around seasons and holidays. Birthdays are celebrated with a mock cake, musical instruments and a crown for the birthday child. Our location has its own outdoor playground and we regularly organise outings to the care centre or the playground. For the youngest children, we provide nappies, wipes and bottle feeding. There is a separate room for breastfeeding and we follow the safe sleeping protocol. Parents receive daily updates via the Nanny4all app and can contact their assigned mentor for parent meetings. Kinderdagverblijf Kiekeboe is open every weekday from 07:30 to 18:30. Both flexible and fixed childcare is available, for half or full days.
