Welcome to Kibeo de Schittering Hooge Zwaluwe, our daycare center located in Basisschool De Schittering at Burgemeester Godwaldtstraat 2 in Hooge Zwaluwe. We provide a warm and safe environment for children aged 0 to 4 years, where they are lovingly cared for and can develop at their own pace. Our location has capacity for 43 children and works closely with the elementary school, ensuring a smooth transition to primary education. Everything we do revolves around your child's well-being and development. We use the rhythm from home as our starting point, so your child feels comfortable quickly. Our quiet, separate baby groups are guided by specially trained baby specialists who ensure a secure attachment relationship and provide the right stimuli for development. For toddlers, we work with Peuterstart, a certified program that playfully prepares children for elementary school. Through singing, movement and discovery, they learn concepts like big and small, work on their language development, and practice social skills such as sharing and taking turns. Our pedagogical staff provide a challenging play environment every day with different corners where children can build, do crafts, read or play quietly. We have a green outdoor playground where children can romp to their heart's content and discover nature. Safety is our top priority: we work with a secure entry system and all staff are screened and trained according to the strictest requirements. As a parent, you are actively involved in your child's care. We believe it's important that parents can participate in discussions about our methods. Therefore, we have a Parent Council (LOR) where parents can take a seat. We regularly organize parent evenings and informal moments where you can meet other parents and our staff. Our location has been registered in the National Childcare Register since September 1, 2010 under number 155926883 and is supervised by the GGD West-Brabant. We meet all legal quality requirements, which means parents are entitled to childcare allowance.
