KDV Norlandia 't Rendal

Welcome to KDV Norlandia ’t Rendal, currently temporarily located at Kanaalstraat 38A in Someren. We provide small-scale, safe and green childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our daycare is part of Norlandia childcare, an organisation with Scandinavian roots that believes in the importance of outdoor play and independent discovery. Everything revolves around space for development. We work with two age groups: baby group Pip (0-2 years) and toddler group Pippeloentje (2-4 years). The youngest children receive all the peace and attention they need, while the toddlers participate in pre-school education (VE) according to the Pyramid method. Our VE-certified pedagogical staff stimulate language, motor and social-emotional development through play. Outdoors is where we come alive. We have our own garden where children can run, climb, discover and romp. Whenever possible, we head outside – because outdoor exercise is part of every day. Indoors, we also provide a rich environment with development-oriented activities, where each child has their own mentor who closely follows their development. We operate all year round (52 weeks) and also offer a toddler arrangement of at least two mornings per week (40 weeks per year). Until March 2026, we will remain at our temporary location in Someren, after which we will return to our renovated location in Lierop.
