KDV De Stad Op Stoom

Welcome to daycare De Stad Op Stoom, located in the monumental building of the Hannie Schaftschool in the heart of Haarlem. We provide care for up to 28 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our daycare is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Our location is fully designed according to our own vision. For the youngest children we have cheerful carpeting, and for the older children we have exciting play corners. We have a cozy living room kitchen where we cook healthy meals together. Outside we have no less than two gardens to romp around in. For the green thumbs we have created vegetable gardens with tubs full of herbs and tomatoes. As part of Op Stoom, we believe in the importance of the early years. We pay attention to children's development in a playful way, where both big and small things matter. Our pedagogical staff take time for care moments, play peek-a-boo games and put into words what the children see and experience. Daycare De Stad Op Stoom is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 646044485. This allows you as a parent to apply for childcare allowance. We are under the supervision of the GGD Kennemerland.
