KDV De Lierse Prins

Welcome to KDV De Lierse Prins, our royal daycare centre located at Kweektuin 1a in the heart of De Lier. We provide princely care for up to 32 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our home is known for its warm, homely atmosphere where every child is treated like royalty. The choices begin with our youngest guests. Babies can sleep in a special outdoor crib called a 'lutjepotje' or indoors in a royal cot. We offer baby massages and stimulate their senses with scented pouches and crinkly cloths. For toddlers and pre-schoolers, the options become even more luxurious: they bake mud-and-twig cakes in our adventurous green garden, but also banana, egg and oat cakes in our kitchen. In addition, they craft with clay, paint and plastic caps in our creative studio. We regularly take the whole court on outings. We visit the petting zoo or the library, and every other week we pay a royal visit to the grandmas and grandpas at nursing home De Triangel. Together we sing songs, play games and listen to beautiful stories – perhaps even about a prince or princess. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 November 2024 under number 190544363. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:00.
