KDV De Bron

Welcome to KDV De Bron, a Christian daycare centre located within the integral child centre De Bron at Dr. Kuyperlaan 10 in Barneveld. Since November 2024 we provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a single vertical group, bringing together children of different ages. This setup creates a homely atmosphere that mirrors the home situation and encourages children’s social skills. Our qualified pedagogical staff foster a familiar and safe environment in which every child, from baby to toddler, feels seen, heard and loved. We follow the Early Childhood Education (ECE) programme to support each child’s optimal development. Play is central to our approach; we adapt to each child’s individual development and encourage discovery and growth at their own pace. The daily schedule offers fixed moments for playing, singing, reading aloud, crafts and physical activity. We go outside every day to play in the garden or to take walks. In less favourable weather we use our indoor movement area. Healthy nutrition and plenty of exercise are key priorities: children receive fruit, vegetables, water and children’s tea, adjusted to their age. KDV De Bron is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. You can choose care during school weeks or 48 weeks per year, including holidays.
