Peuteropvang Jacob van Campenstraat is located in the Ossenkoppelerhoek district, right next to primary school Step. Our toddler care facility provides children aged 2 to 4 with a safe and stimulating environment where they can grow and develop through play. We work closely with the primary school and other schools in the neighborhood, ensuring a smooth transition to primary education. We put the child at the center of everything we do. We follow the toddlers' world of experience and offer activities that match their developmental level and interests. Our pedagogical staff create a warm and familiar atmosphere where every child feels safe and valued. We work with themes that connect to the children's world of experience, stimulating their curiosity and desire to explore. Our spacious and bright group rooms are equipped with different corners such as a construction corner, a reading corner, and a creative corner where children can craft and experiment with various materials. We have our own outdoor playground where children can go outside every day to play, run, and discover in nature. We believe it's important that children get plenty of exercise and fresh air. We provide preschool education (VVE), where we pay extra attention to language development and social skills. This is done in a playful way through stories, songs, and interactive games. We work with the 'Kaleidoscoop' program, specifically developed for toddlers and focused on language stimulation and preparation for primary education. For lunch and snacks, we serve healthy and fresh products. We take into account any allergies or dietary requirements of the children. The children learn to eat together in a relaxed manner and taste different flavors. Parents can stay informed about their child's development daily through our app. We highly value parental involvement and regularly organize parent meetings and evenings. Together with parents, we ensure optimal development for every child. We offer both half-day and full-day care, tailored to the family's needs. Our opening hours are flexible and adapted to parents' work schedules.
