KDV It Lyts Finster

KDV It Lyts Finster is a certified daycare center located in the heart of Achlum at Dorpsstraat 4B. Since August 18, 2014, we have been providing care for up to 14 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our location operates with a horizontal group structure, organizing children by age groups. We offer pre-school education (VVE), focusing on stimulating children's development in language, mathematics, motor skills, and social-emotional growth. This is implemented through structured stimulation plans tailored to each child's individual development. Our activities emphasize learning through play and preparing children for primary school. Our pedagogical staff are supported by a pedagogical coach and policy advisor, ensuring continuous professional development and quality assurance. The team follows a clear safety and health policy that is regularly evaluated and updated. There is always at least one qualified adult present capable of providing first aid to children. KDV It Lyts Finster is part of Stichting Kinderopvang NWF, collaborating with other locations in the region to provide consistent and high-quality childcare. Our goal is to create a safe, familiar, and stimulating environment where children can develop optimally.
