Welcome to H3O Peuteropvang De Horizon, located at Singel 441 in the heart of Dordrecht. We provide small-scale, professional care for up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4. In our former playgroup every morning or afternoon is filled with discovery, play and joy. Our pedagogical professionals pay extra attention to vocabulary education. Through play we expand your child’s language skills, because a rich vocabulary lays a solid foundation for later school success. We use pre-school education programmes that connect with toddlers’ world of experience and stimulate their curiosity in a safe, homely way. We regard parents as part of our team. Together we discuss your child’s development during parent meetings and informal moments. Each location has a book and toy lending service so you can continue at home what your child learns with us. Our parent committee actively contributes to policy, pedagogy, safety and nutrition and safeguards the interests of all families. De Horizon is within walking distance of the Education Museum and offers a green play area in the city centre.
