KDV De Borne

Welcome to KDV Grebbe, located in the heart of Tilburg’s De Blaak district. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 in a safe, homely setting. Our professional staff greet every child with a smile and make sure each one feels seen and secure. Discovery and play are at the heart of what we do. We use themed activities that let children explore the world around them in a playful way. Our spacious discovery garden – including a special baby garden – invites outdoor play, while inside corners are rearranged to match each theme. In this way toddlers learn new words, exercise their imagination and develop social skills. We offer pre-school education (VVE) focused on language, numeracy, behaviour and movement. Toddlers who need extra support receive the attention they require. We closely monitor every child’s development and share our observations with parents through our parent app. Together we ensure a smooth transition to primary school. Our sustainable building is purpose-built for young children. There is a separate sleeping room for the very youngest, a soft baby corner and plenty of space for crawling, standing and walking. We provide nappies, wipes and care products so parents can drop off without worry. Fruit, drinks and a healthy bread meal are included; catering for allergies is standard practice. KDV Grebbe is here for every child in the neighbourhood. We work closely with primary schools De Blaak and De Borne, so children already feel familiar when they start Group 1.
