KDV Eiland van Groningen

Welcome to KDV Eiland van Groningen, located in a grand city villa in Zuiderpark. We provide daycare for children aged 0–4 in two horizontal groups: ‘de Baai’ for up to 9 babies and ‘de Duinen’ for up to 15 toddlers. Our pedagogical approach centres on self-reliance: by learning to trust in one’s own and each other’s abilities we foster zest for life and resilience. Every day we cook and share a warm, organic lunch, spend plenty of time outdoors and offer space for creative expression. Music lessons, toddler dance and themed activities are regular parts of our programme. Diapers, formula and care products are included. Feel free to drop by for a tour every Thursday morning between 9:00 and 11:00.
