Eigen&Wijzer PO De Vijgenboom is a small-scale daycare center in Huizen that provides care for a maximum of 14 children aged 0 to 4 years. We offer a safe and homely environment where each child is given the space to grow and develop at their own pace. Our team of experienced childcare professionals works with great love and attention to guide the very youngest. Pre-school education is central to our approach. We follow the guidelines of the VVE program (Pre-school Education), through which we stimulate the development of young children from infancy onwards. We do this by offering targeted activities that connect with the child's world of experience, such as reading aloud, singing, playing with sensory-stimulating materials, and developing first words and sentences. Our location is furnished with various corners where children can play, discover, and rest. We have a quiet sleeping area where children can sleep at their own pace, both indoors and outdoors in the fresh air. The groups are small and manageable, allowing us to give a lot of individual attention to each child. We work closely with parents and believe it is important that you feel involved in the care of your child. There is room for consultation and we keep you informed about your child's development. Our daycare center is officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) under number 558622896, which makes you eligible for childcare allowance.
