SKSG Doremi

SKSG Doremi is situated at Haydnlaan 2 in the Helpman district of Groningen. We provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years and also run a dedicated playgroup for toddlers aged 2 to 4. The centre has seven groups, organised in horizontal age groups so babies, toddlers and preschoolers each have their own space tailored to their developmental stage. Our standout feature is the vast natural discovery garden that embraces the building. This woodland-style green oasis offers endless outdoor play opportunities. Babies relax in their own baby garden while toddlers ride trikes, build sandcastles or swing together. Regular themed picnics and activities make the garden an integral part of every day. We believe every child should be free to be themselves. Our qualified staff observe and listen closely so they know when to encourage, when to challenge and when to step back. From the earliest age we practise respect for one another and for nature. All 2- to 4-year-olds take part in our early-years education programme (VVE), ensuring a playful yet structured preparation for the next phase of learning. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 18:00.
