Doorstroomgroep Jan Huigen is a small-scale daycare center located in the Danswijk neighborhood of Almere. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our facility is situated at Danslaan 74, just a short walk from the Danswijk shopping center and De Zevensprong primary school. As part of early childhood education (VVE), Doorstroomgroep Jan Huigen receives structural subsidies from the municipality of Almere to stimulate the development of young children. We follow an accredited VVE program focused on language development, social skills, and school readiness. Our pedagogical staff are specially trained to monitor and stimulate each child's development in a way that aligns with their individual needs. We use horizontal grouping, where children are placed in age groups. This creates a calm and structured environment and allows us to offer activities that perfectly match your child's developmental stage. Our small scale ensures a homely atmosphere where every child receives the attention they deserve. Doorstroomgroep Jan Huigen has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK) since October 27, 2023. We are located in a child-friendly environment with a safe play area and meet all legal requirements for childcare.
