About this care
AI
Ahoy, little sailors! Welcome aboard De Kinderkajuit Daycare, a warm and safe harbour for the youngest children right in the heart of Apeldoorn. We are located in the vibrant Kulturhus Dok Zuid, where—together with a playgroup, after-school care and CODA—we form a lively learning and playing community. Our centre has two groups: a vertical baby-and-toddler group for children aged 0 to 2 and a horizontal pre-school group for children aged 2 to 4. This way every child always finds a place that perfectly matches his or her stage of development.
Discovery and experience are at the heart of everything we do. We offer a wealth of activities: exciting play corners, a large central play hall to romp around in together, a cosy craft studio and our own outdoor garden where we regularly splash in puddles and get dirty—overalls and boots are ready! We love walking to the market or Zuiderpark, just around the corner. During school holidays we use the gym: climbing, running and exercising for extra movement fun.
Our team of enthusiastic, qualified pedagogical staff closely follows each child’s development. We encourage playful exploration and challenge children to discover their own talents. We do this in a safe, relaxed atmosphere where fun comes first. Together with parents and schools such as PCBO Het Kompas and Sebastiaanschool we work on a smooth transition to primary school.
De Kinderkajuit Daycare is open every weekday from 07:30 to 18:15. We look forward to welcoming your child on board our cosy Kinderkajuit!Read more
