KDV Dependance 't Schakeltje

Day-care centre Dependance ’t Schakeltje is located in Montessori Kindcentrum de Schakel at Klencke 601 in Hoogvliet Rotterdam. We provide care for up to 30 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our day-care follows the vision of Maria Montessori: children are naturally curious and eager to learn. We create an environment in which children can discover and learn driven by their intrinsic motivation. Our pedagogical staff – Stephanie, Samantha, Suzan, Esther, Dana, Michelle, Angela, Sabela, Kaylee, Kimberley and Patricia – guide your child with attention and expertise. We are open 48 weeks a year, Monday to Friday, from 08:15–11:45 and 12:15–15:15. At ’t Schakeltje we see childcare as an important contribution to the child’s personal development in the first years of life and as essential preparation for primary school. Cognitive development is inseparable from social-emotional development; we offer a safe learning environment where children play, experience and discover together with other children.
