In the heart of a quiet residential area in Ederveen you will find our daycare centre at Hootsenstraat 24. Since 2009 we have offered a familiar place for children aged 0 to 4. The location is surrounded by lawns and trees and has a large, green playground where children experience new adventures every day. We work with three horizontal groups: a separate baby and toddler group, a preschool group and a preschool-plus group for the little ones who are almost ready for school. Each group is warmly, safely and cosily furnished with calm colours and homely corners. This way every child quickly feels at home and can discover at their own pace who they are and what they need to grow. Outside there is plenty of room to run, climb and clamber. We have our own chickens and a sweet rabbit that the children care for together with us. We also regularly pick fruit and vegetables from our picking garden. Getting some fresh air, admiring the nature around us and playing together is part of every day. For the very youngest we provide nappies and healthy meals and drinks. Is your child tired from playing? Then they crawl into their own bed to sleep or rest for a while. Feel free to bring your own cuddly toy or dummy; we take care of the rest. This way parents can leave their child with us with peace of mind. We are a small-scale, Christian organisation with a big heart for children and parents. Skilled pedagogical staff guide the children and help them discover the world and themselves. We lovingly take over the care of your child(ren)!
