De Stempel is a small-scale daycare centre run by Solidoe, located at Marconistraat 10A in Kudelstaart. We work with two vertical groups in which children aged 0 to 4 play and learn together. The moment you step inside you feel safety, calm and a warm, homely atmosphere – exactly what our youngest ones need when they first come to daycare. Babies and toddlers have a secure spot in the group where they can watch the older children play, allowing them to discover the world around them at their own pace. Both groups open onto a central hall where we regularly organise joint activities suited to the world of young children. Our manageable outdoor area invites play and movement. The very youngest can roll and crawl happily on the artificial grass and feel the sand in the sandbox. As they grow, the slide and willow tunnel await – pure adventure for toddlers. Calm and routine are our priorities. Together with our team we make sure every child feels at home. We give room for children’s own ideas, help when needed and above all let them have fun and discover new things. They grow and develop through play, until after four years we can say goodbye to child and parent with a satisfied feeling. We are open 52 weeks a year from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Curious?
