De Stadhouders

KDV de Stadhouders is a newly and modernly furnished daycare centre on the ground floor of a beautiful classic building at Stadhouderslaan 30 in Schiedam. We provide care for children from 0 to 4 years old. Our enthusiastic and highly experienced pedagogical staff create a warm and safe environment every day in which every child is given the space to grow and develop. Daily activities are tailored to the age and development of the children. For the very youngest we organise baby gym and sensory moments; toddlers can join in dancing, reading aloud and crafts. The Activity Team of Mundo Kinderopvang visits regularly. These specialists provide sports and play activities, nature experiences and creative workshops that connect with the world of experience of young children. For our toddlers and pre-schoolers, these moments are a celebration of discovery and playing together. KDV de Stadhouders works intensively with primary school St. Jozef. This collaboration makes it possible for children who are currently in our daycare to move on to the after-school care at the same location after their fourth birthday. Registration for the after-school care is of course done separately. Our location is spacious, bright and safe. We have separate sleeping areas, a large playroom and a sheltered outdoor area where children can move around to their heart's content. Everything is set up according to the latest safety and hygiene standards, so parents can bring their child to us with peace of mind.
