KDV De Sprookjesboom

Welcome to KDV De Sprookjesboom, our modern daycare centre located at Nieuwenoord 3 in the heart of IJsselmonde, Rotterdam. We provide care for up to 39 children aged 0 to 4 years and are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:15 PM. Our facility is bright, spacious and fully tailored to the needs of young children. The youngest guests enjoy a calm baby group with a warm, homely atmosphere. The toddler group follows an age-specific daily programme that matches your child’s development. All group rooms are stylishly furnished and include separate, quiet sleeping areas. The large, playful garden invites exploration, movement and outdoor play. We work exclusively with highly experienced pedagogical staff who give your child a familiar, trusted face every day. To stimulate development optimally, we use the recognised Uk & Puk development programme. In addition, we observe and record every milestone with the KIJK programme, which is also used in many primary schools. This ensures our approach dovetails seamlessly with your child’s next life stage. KDV De Sprookjesboom is part of Stichting Kinderopvang IJsselmonde (SKOIJ) and is registered in the National Childcare Register under number 250005797. You can choose fixed or flexible daycare, and extra days can be booked on an incidental basis. Half-day care is also possible.
