Welcome to De Rotterdamse Peuterschool, location De Wereld Op Zuid at Schere 39 in Rotterdam. We are a specially designed toddler group for children aged 2 to 4 years, part of the Peuter & Co organization. Our location is situated in the unique building De Wereld Op Zuid, where multiple partners collaborate to provide children aged 0 to 12 with a complete developmental environment. Our focus is on giving every Rotterdam toddler a flying start. We work with a VVE program (Pre-school Education) where we cover themes that perfectly match the world of experience of toddlers. Our pedagogical staff stimulate children through play in their development into independent, social and resilient members of society. We offer optimal development opportunities and prepare toddlers for a successful school career. Our groups are horizontally structured, with toddlers of the same age coming together. We work with the 'Uk & Puk' program that features ten themes, specially developed for the world of experience of toddlers. The doll Puk is the children's playmate and makes learning even more fun. We find it important that children learn to play and share together, while discovering new skills through play. We offer both morning and afternoon care, where parents can flexibly choose what best suits their family. Our location has safe indoor and outdoor spaces where children can play and explore freely. We serve healthy snacks and work closely with parents to optimally support each child's development. Together we create a familiar and safe environment where every toddler can be themselves and grow.
