KDV de Kroontjes

Welcome to KDV de Kroontjes, a warm and trusted childcare centre located at Hoge Molenwerf 1 in Ouderkerk aan den IJssel. We provide small-scale, professional and creative daycare for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. In one close-knit vertical group, babies, toddlers and preschoolers grow up together. They learn from and with each other, build friendships and lay a strong foundation for the future. Discovery is at the heart of our approach. We sing and dance together, create art with various materials and offer playful language activities that stimulate development. For toddlers we provide a special programme that includes circle time, themed play and school-readiness tasks. Every child is given the space to grow at his or her own pace, surrounded by familiar faces. Our garden offers plenty of room for safe outdoor play and nature exploration. We serve a warm, healthy lunch and nutritious snacks every day. Close contact with parents is important to us; flexible contracts and a careful settling-in period make the transition as smooth as possible.
