Welcome to Partou Koningswereld! Our small-scale daycare is located in a beautiful, historic monastery at Trappistinnentuin 81 in Berkel-Enschot. With a maximum of 30 places, we offer a homely environment where everyone knows each other and your child has all the space to discover, play and grow alongside peers. Safe exploration is our core focus. In our two horizontal core groups – Juweeltjes (0-2 years) and Lakeien (2-4 years) – dedicated pedagogical staff recognise and guide your child every day. Babies make their first discoveries in a calm, cosy group room, while toddlers can climb, build and engage in role-play with age-appropriate materials. Our outdoor area is a green monastery garden where children can run freely, build sandcastles and hunt for autumn treasures. When it rains we go on an adventure inside the monastery itself: take the lift to the library, visit the music school or enjoy a dance class in cultural centre De Schalm. Every day the children learn something new, both indoors and outdoors. We follow a goal-oriented Early Childhood Education programme with fun themes and activities that stimulate language, numeracy, social-emotional and motor development. Our ECE coach regularly supports the team so that we use each child’s observation data optimally to provide tailored education and ensure a smooth transition to primary school group 1. Practically, we provide fresh and healthy meals, fruit snacks and drinks daily. Special dietary requirements are simply discussed with us. Nappy changes, bottle feeding and nap times are fully taken care of; every child has their own bed in a quiet sleeping room. Parents receive an access tag for the group doors and can follow their child’s day live via our own app. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., including half-day care.
