Welcome to De Kleinste Campus, a warm and small-scale childcare centre located at Antonio Vivaldistraat 15A in Amsterdam. We are part of Kindercampus Zuidas, an Integral Child Centre focused on development-oriented care for children aged 0 to 4. With space for up to 42 children, we operate two baby/toddler groups, two preschool groups and a pre-school programme. At De Kleinste Campus, we believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can develop at their own pace. Our approach is guided by a clear pedagogical policy centred on attention, security and stimulation. Our qualified staff are dedicated to guiding each child on their journey of discovery. Through play, children learn new skills, supported by themes that connect to their world of experience. We offer a rich variety of activities: from reading and singing to arts and crafts and outdoor play. Music plays an important role in our daily routine – we regularly invite musicians to sing and make music with the children. We also place strong emphasis on language development and encourage children’s curiosity through natural and creative activities. Our spacious garden and play areas provide plenty of opportunities for outdoor play, running, exploring and growing. We believe it is important for children to feel free to move and explore the world around them. For the youngest children, we have separate sleeping areas where rest and routine are key. As a parent, you are actively involved in your child’s development. We regularly share photos and information, and are always open to discussion. At De Kleinste Campus, every child feels seen, valued and at home.
