Welcome to KDV de Kikkerkoning at Stationsstraat 6 in the heart of Elst. We are a warm, family-oriented daycare center where children aged 0 to 4 find a second home. Everything we do revolves around connection: children, parents and pedagogical staff form a close-knit community where every child feels safe and secure. Our location features six groups: three baby groups (0-2 years), two toddler groups (2-4 years) and one vertical group (0-4 years). This setup gives parents the choice between age-specific groups or a mixed-age setting, depending on what suits their child best. We work with small-scale groups so every child receives the attention they deserve. Outdoor play is central to our approach. We have a spacious, green outdoor playground where children get to explore, move and have adventures every day. Parents regularly tell us how much they appreciate that their children spend so much time outdoors and that plenty of excursions are organized - from trips with the push-car to the playground to exploration walks through the village. Our experienced pedagogical staff are ready with love and dedication. They are carefully selected and all fit within the warm atmosphere that makes De Kikkerkoning so special. We believe that children can only grow and flourish when they feel safe somewhere. That's why we create an environment where they can be free to be who they are and, from that safe base, connect with others and the world around them.
