KDV De IJsselhoeve is located in a characteristic, secure farmhouse at IJsselveld 21 in Montfoort. Our facility accommodates up to forty children and operates as an independent daycare centre exclusively for children aged 0 to 4 years. The farmhouse provides an inspiring environment where children have ample space to play, discover and grow. Outside, we have a fully enclosed playground where children can play safely. Additionally, we have our own orchard where children can experience nature up close. Our large play barn offers extra opportunities for movement, dance and play, even in less favourable weather. Under the guidance of our pedagogical staff, children get to know the farm animals, help care for them, pick fruit in the orchard and learn to maintain the vegetable garden. Trampoline jumping and exploring the meadows are also among the possibilities. Within our daycare, we work with fixed groups where the age of the children determines the grouping. Each group has a dedicated mentor assigned who serves as the contact point for parents and closely follows the child's development. This mentor works together with other pedagogical staff to ensure a consistent approach. Our staff receive structural coaching and training to maintain optimal quality of care. We provide a safe and familiar environment where children can develop at their own pace. The combination of indoor and outdoor play opportunities, interaction with animals and nature, and personal attention from our qualified staff makes De IJsselhoeve a special place for young children in Montfoort and the surrounding area.
