Welcome to KDV De Fluiteend + Peuteropvang het Graspieperke located at Graswinkellaan 7 in Weert. We are part of Stichting Humankind and provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our location features spacious, bright group areas and a large outdoor playground where children can play and explore to their heart's content. Everything we do revolves around your child's development. We work with horizontal groups, where babies and toddlers are cared for separately from preschoolers. This creates peace, overview and attention for every age group. Our pedagogical staff are specialized in guiding young children and closely monitor each child's development. We offer a preschool education program (VVE) that playfully prepares children for primary school. The daily schedule is flexible and tailored to the children's needs. We sing songs in circle time, read books, do arts and crafts, and regularly go on discovery trips in our own garden or take outings in the neighborhood. Healthy nutrition is important: we serve a warm meal daily, fresh fruit and healthy snacks. For the youngest ones, we provide bottle feeding, diaper changes and rest periods in our separate sleeping areas. Our location is easily accessible with ample parking. We work closely with primary schools in the area, ensuring a smooth transition to primary education. Your child gets a flying start with us!
