Kdv De 'Dassenburcht' Peuterplein Lutten

Welcome to KDV De 'Dassenburcht' Peuterplein Lutten, located at Middenweg 3 in Lutten. We are a daycare center for children aged 0 to 4 years, part of the childcare organization KDV/BSO De 'Dassenburcht'. Our location accommodates up to 16 children and has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since January 10, 2022. Everything we do revolves around creating a warm, cozy and homely atmosphere. We operate a mixed-age group where toddlers and preschoolers play and learn together. The spacious group area is equipped with high tables for eating and playing, a home corner, a construction corner and a reading nook. Using cabinets, we create safe play areas for both the youngest and slightly older children. For the littlest ones, we provide sensitive responsive care. Babies learn by observing, exploring and playing, and we follow their individual interests. We give them space to find solutions independently and praise their efforts. Holding, rocking, cuddling, comforting, singing and talking to the baby ensures they feel loved. Our group features two separate sleeping rooms with a total of 9 beds and a dedicated care area. The care area includes child-sized toilets at toddler height. We have a beautiful central kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. Our own outdoor area at the front of the space is safely enclosed and includes sandboxes, a play kitchen and plenty of room to ride bikes and tractors. We are VVE certified and offer a daily playgroup for toddlers. This makes subsidized and VVE toddler care possible for children aged 2 to 4 years. We work closely with CBS De Fontein, with whom we share an indoor door. This allows us to organize joint reading days and enables the oldest toddlers to participate in the gym class of grade 1. The transition to elementary school is literally just one step away.
