KDV De 'Dassenburcht' Bergentheim is located at Stationsweg 22 in the heart of Bergentheim. We are a daycare center focused on children aged 0 to 4 years. Our goal is to provide a safe and familiar place where children feel at home and can develop. We operate with a clear and affordable child-centered concept that offers flexibility to parents. Our location is open from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM, five days a week. We offer both full-day and half-day care, tailored to the needs of the family. At De Dassenburcht, the child's development is central. We follow each child's development in small steps and provide age-appropriate developmental activities. Our pedagogical staff are well-trained and motivated to provide the best care. Babies receive sensitive responsive care. We ensure that babies feel secure and familiar by responding to their signals. We provide predictability in the daily routine and use rituals to indicate change. Cuddling, singing, and talking to the baby contribute to a close bond and building self-confidence. For toddlers, we offer toddler care from the age of 2, with a fixed toddler block from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. We work with a VVE program (preschool education) where we work thematically and offer activities that stimulate language and speech development. We have a spacious outdoor play area where children can romp and explore. We also collaborate with primary schools in the area to provide a continuous line during the transition to primary school. We use the digital system NIO, which allows parents to find information about the theme, the course of the day, and the policy. We value parent involvement and regularly organize parent meetings and evaluation moments.
