Welcome to KDV De 'Dassenburcht' Baalder/Baalderveld e.o. in Hardenberg. We provide daycare for up to 88 children aged 0 to 4 years in two modern buildings with five group rooms. Our location at Herderstasje 56 is spaciously designed so that children have plenty of room to move both indoors and outdoors. Upon starting, each child is assigned a fixed core group. We operate four horizontal core groups: Orange Group (baby/toddler/preschooler, 12 places), Red Group (baby/toddler, 12 places), Green Group (preschool care, 16 places) and Blue Group (preschool play area, 16 places). Each baby group has two dedicated sleeping rooms with bunk beds, allowing children to sleep in their own bed whenever they need to. The preschool groups share a large sleeping room and each has its own sanitary facilities with toddler-height toilets, supporting toilet training. Our outdoor area is safely situated behind and next to the building, enclosed by fencing and walls. There are two ground-level sandboxes, a lawn, a climbing house with slide and ride-on toys such as bikes, scooters and tractors. We offer pre-school education (VE) and use the UK and PUK methods, enabling children to develop basic skills through play in preparation for primary school. Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to provide your child with a safe, warm and development-oriented environment.
