KDV De Cirkel

Welcome to KDV De Cirkel, located at Brittenburg 50 in Gouda. Our daycare is part of Kindcentrum De Cirkel and provides care for children aged 0 to 4 years. We are open five days a week from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. At our centre, everything revolves around learning through play in a homely and safe environment. We work with one vertical group, where children of different ages play and learn together. The group space is calmly decorated and directly borders our natural outdoor playground, allowing children to move freely between indoors and outdoors. Our pedagogical staff provide warm and professional guidance. We follow a fixed daily rhythm that offers structure and security. Activities – such as reading aloud, singing, crafting and exploring – are always themed. This gives children a sense of consistency and stimulates their curiosity. For language development and other skills, we use the Uk & Puk method. This method focuses on language development, social-emotional growth, motor skills and sensory stimulation. This way, every child receives the right challenge at their own pace. We believe it is important that children feel safe and seen. Therefore, we provide a physically and socially-emotionally safe environment, with room for initiative and curiosity. Our space is equipped with play materials that invite play and learning for all ages. KDV De Cirkel is part of a larger child centre that offers a continuous development line from 0 to 12 years. We work closely with the toddler care and primary education on the same location, so children can keep a familiar place throughout their development. Curious? You are most welcome for a tour.
