Basker - De Boskabouters

Welcome to KDV De Boskabouters, located at Keizerweg 2 in the heart of De Heurne. We are a small-scale daycare centre welcoming up to 16 toddlers aged 2-4 each day in a safe, homely setting. Our team of four qualified pedagogical staff follow the Zonnekinderen approach, focusing on nature experience and personal development. The day begins calmly between 08:15 and 09:00 with a hand-over moment for parents. We then offer a varied programme: music and dance, arts and crafts, story time in our reading corner and regular short trips to the woods or vegetable garden. Cooking and baking are also part of the week, letting children discover healthy food in a playful way. Outdoor play takes place in our spacious green garden with challenging equipment. We provide an organic warm lunch and fresh fruit. Nappies, wipes and other care products are included; if your child has food allergies we adapt the menu. A quiet sleeping corner is available whenever your little one needs rest. Parents experience our centre as safe, personal and close to home – exactly what toddlers need to thrive.
