KDV De Boskabouter

Welcome to De Boskabouter, our small-scale toddler care centre on Spaanschepad in Bergen, North Holland. We are part of KOV Alles Kits and offer children aged 2 to 4 a warm, homely place to spend the morning. Our setting borders the woods, giving us daily access to a natural playground. At De Boskabouter we follow a steady daily rhythm that provides structure and calm. After a shared start, children are free to play, craft, sing and listen to stories. We often go for walks in the forest or play in our own garden. All activities are tailored to the world of toddlers: simple, concrete and always leaving room for personal initiative. Because our group is small, every child receives the attention they deserve. Our staff know each child well and respond to individual needs. We work from a basis of trust, warmth and clear boundaries, helping children grow in independence and social skills. De Boskabouter is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We celebrate the seasons, sing together at circle time and always end the morning with a shared story. Parents experience our centre as an extension of home: personal, involved and always in close communication.
