KDV De Bernejister

Welcome to KDV De Bernejister, located at Swanneblomstrjitte 11 in the heart of Kootstertille. We are part of Stichting Peuteropvang Achtkarspelen and have provided small-scale, professional toddler care for up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 since 20 March 2014. Our setting uses horizontal grouping: children of the same age play and learn together, allowing us to tailor activities and guidance precisely to their developmental stage. Toddlers attend either two mornings or one morning plus one afternoon per week. Group 1 meets on Tuesday and Friday mornings, Group 2 on Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning, and Group 3 on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Morning sessions run from 08:15 to 12:15; on Tuesday afternoon we offer care from 12:45 to 16:45. KDV De Bernejister is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 359680720 and meets all national quality standards. We provide pre-school education (VE), enabling your child to work on language, numeracy and social skills through play and ensuring an optimal start at primary school. Our pedagogical staff follow the development-oriented programme of Stichting Peuteropvang Achtkarspelen, focusing on each child’s world of experience while encouraging self-initiative.
