Welcome to daycare De Banjers, part of Humankind Region East-Gelderland, located at Hof van Flierbeek 49 in the heart of Lichtenvoorde. We provide a trusted and safe second home for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our 66 childcare places are divided across cozy group spaces where babies receive one-on-one attention and toddlers have room to discover. We support and stimulate them through challenging activities and lots of outdoor play. Daily, we go out with the stroller or bicycle, on an adventure through the neighborhood or into nature. We serve fresh fruit daily, healthy snacks, and a balanced lunch. For the little ones, we provide customized bottle feeding and take allergies and special dietary needs into account. Diapers and care products are also included, so parents can work worry-free. A unique aspect of our location is that children can sleep wonderfully outdoors in our special outdoor sleeping areas. Fresh air and natural light contribute to a restful sleep. Inside, we have separate bedrooms with cribs and blackout curtains, so each child can follow their own sleep rhythm. We work with the VVE program (Early and Preschool Education) through which we playfully work on language development, social skills, and motor development. Through reading books, singing songs, and building in the construction corner, children learn playfully. We use changing themes that connect with the children's world of experience. Our horizontal group structure means children come together in age groups, while we flexibly handle the composition. Toddler care De Buitenkans is located at the same address, allowing children to smoothly transition to toddler care after their 2nd birthday. Thus, we provide a continuous line from 0 to 4 years at one location.
