Welcome to Dak Roemer Visscher, our daycare centre located in the Moerwijk district of The Hague. We provide professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our facility features six bright rooms with large windows and playful sightlines, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout. Each group has direct access to our natural outdoor area, where children can run, explore and play in various hide-and-seek spots. At Dak Roemer Visscher, we use the Piramide development programme within our early childhood education (ECE). This means that children from 2.5 years receive extra guidance in language, social skills and other developmental areas, preparing them well for primary school. Our pedagogical staff ensure that each child receives the attention they need to play, learn and grow at their own pace. The central indoor area of our daycare is a true play paradise. Here, children can enjoy messy play at the sand and water tables or participate in toddler gym. We believe it is important that children feel safe and secure, giving them space to follow their curiosity and discover the world around them. Our location is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00. We collaborate with local primary schools to ensure a smooth transition to primary education. Our team is led by unit manager Sia Dallinga, who together with her colleagues brings out the best in the children every day.
