Welcome to Christian Daycare IJgenweis, located at Jan Dorrekenskade-Oost 22 in the heart of Waddinxveen. As a Christian childcare centre, we work from Christian values and norms. This means our pedagogical staff not only share everyday children’s stories and themes, but also tell Bible stories and sing Christian children’s songs. During Christian holidays we pay extra attention to their meaning. We provide care for babies and toddlers from 0 to 4 years in horizontal age groups. Our professional pedagogical staff approach every child as a unique and valuable person – a pearl in God’s hand. Communication between parents and our staff is central; an open and pleasant partnership ensures that your child feels safe and you can go to work with peace of mind. Our pedagogical policy and work plan give extensive information about our vision and objectives. We offer a familiar and cosy place where your child develops through play. Our rooms are designed with care for safety and warmth, and we have our own garden where children can play to their heart’s content. Separate sleeping areas are available for the very youngest, and we offer flexible childcare including half-day options.
