KDV Burgemeester

Welcome to KDV Burgemeester, located on the quiet, leafy Burgemeester Rauppstraat in the Zorgvlied district of Tilburg-west. We are part of Sterre Kinderopvang and provide day-care for children aged 0 to 4. Here, your child is free to be a child; we start from each child’s own imagination and experiences. Our site is a certified Green Childcare centre. This means we go outside every day and let children discover the seasons, sowing and harvesting through play. In our vegetable garden and among the fruit trees the children learn how plants grow, water them together, dry seeds and look after our chickens. Everything we harvest is cooked and eaten together. Health is paramount: our meals are largely organic and carefully chosen. Even the youngest get plenty of fresh air. When our babies enjoy it, they nap happily outside in special outdoor cribs – great for the immune system. Afterwards we chat, make music and let them feel and explore. KDV Burgemeester is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. Feel free to drop by and experience for yourself the special atmosphere in which your child can grow safely and freely.
