De Wichelroede OB (bovenbouw)

Kinderdagverblijf Bonbini and Peuteropvang Duimelotje, together with BSO Hocus Pocus and primary school De Wichelroede, form Kindcentrum De Krijtenmolen in the heart of Udenhout. From half past seven in the morning we welcome children aged 0 to 4 in a homely setting where every child is given the space to develop at his or her own pace. Our pedagogical staff work according to the Uk & Puk programme. Centred around a weekly theme we offer a varied daily schedule in which singing, dancing, creative and playful activities alternate. We alternate between large- and small-group moments so that every child receives the attention he or she needs. The activities are not only for fun; they simultaneously stimulate language and speech development, social-emotional growth, gross and fine motor skills and early numeracy. In this playful way we make the transition to primary school a little easier. Peuteropvang Duimotje is VE-certified. This means that our activities meet the national requirements for early childhood education. We provide extra support in the developmental areas that are most important for toddlers. Our spacious, bright group room invites discovery and play. The directly adjoining outdoor area – with a large sandpit, a playhouse and plenty of room to ride bikes – gives children the chance to enjoy fresh air every day and to burn off energy. At Kinderdagverblijf Bonbini we work with horizontal groups. Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are cared for separately so that we can tailor care, play materials and activities precisely to your child’s age and developmental level. You can choose half-day or full-day care, depending on what best suits your family situation.
