BoerenHummeltjes is a small-scale daycare located on the Teunissen family farm between the meadows at Nicolaasweg 10A in Halle. We welcome children from 0 to 4 years in two groups: De Koetjes and De Kalfjes. Every day our little ones enjoy green adventures: they help care for our farm animals, harvest vegetables from our own garden and then cook with them, sing together, craft with natural materials and spend lots of time playing outdoors. We also make regular trips into the surrounding area. Our opening hours are drop-off from 07:30 to 09:00 and pick-up from 16:30 to 18:00; earlier drop-off from 07:00 is possible by arrangement. We are open 51 weeks a year. A warm lunch, fruit and a healthy snack are included. We naturally take allergies into account. Nappies, wipes and bottle-feeding supplies are provided, so you don’t need to bring anything. Children sleep both inside in quiet bedrooms and outside in the fresh air. The yard is fully enclosed and secure. Our qualified staff guide each child at their own pace, making everyone feel at home on our farm.
