Welcome to kdv Bisonspoor, located on the third floor of the Bisonspoor shopping centre in Maarssen. Since 1989, we have been providing high-quality daycare for children aged 0 to 4. With decades of experience and deep expertise, we create a modern, safe and loving environment where every child can thrive. Our location features spacious, specially designed group areas tailored to your child’s age and developmental stage. We operate five horizontal core groups, grouping children by age to provide structure, calm and familiarity. For children aged 2.5 and older, we offer a unique playhouse: a dedicated space with a fixed team and a new theme every six weeks. Up to eight daycare children enjoy dance and cooking classes, creative crafts and learn new songs. We follow a consistent daily routine that brings regularity and a sense of security. The day begins with a shared breakfast, followed by age-appropriate activities such as language and motor-skill development, rest periods and outdoor play. Children have access to two safe terraces for daily play and movement. Our professional pedagogical staff work according to the principles of Positive Parenting. We focus on encouraging desired behaviour through positive attention, clear communication and constructive guidance. This fosters a strong bond between child and caregiver and supports social-emotional development. Healthy nutrition is a priority. We serve fresh, warm meals and sugar-free snacks. Special dietary needs are accommodated in consultation with parents. For our youngest guests, we provide bottle feeding and a peaceful sleeping environment. Parents stay connected through our Parent Portal, offering insights into their child’s wellbeing via logs, photos and direct communication with the group.
