Welcome to our new location Bij ons op de boerderij at Visserijweg 61A in Purmerend. Starting July 2025, we will open an innovative, high-quality daycare where children aged 0 to 4 can grow up in harmony with nature. Outdoor living is our number one priority. We provide care in a beautiful converted farmhouse with two green gardens where children play among fruit trees, strawberries and herbs. Together we pick apples from the apple tree and gather strawberries from the vegetable garden. We care for our small animals and discover ladybugs in the grass. This direct connection with nature and animals offers valuable experiences that contribute to the growth and development of each child. Our approach is based on anthroposophical values and Scandinavian principles. We follow a child-centered policy and respond to the individual needs and interests of each child. With attention to connection and security, we create a safe and especially loving environment where every child feels at home. We believe in the importance of outdoor play and even offer the possibility of outdoor sleeping, following Scandinavian tradition. We strive to put sustainable and green childcare on the map. Our homely environment is warm, loving and personal, just like home. We use natural materials and provide local, varied healthy food. Our pedagogy is distinctive and adapted to modern times. At our farm, children have the space to feel completely like children. They are allowed to discover, play and grow up in an environment that is fully tailored to their natural development. We offer small-scale care for a maximum of 43 children, ensuring each child receives the personal attention they deserve. We look forward to creating this special place together with you and your child, where growing up is a natural and loving experience.
