Welcome to Babino Childcare De Jagersplas, located at Brasemermeer 23B in Zaandam. We are part of an integral child center (IKC) together with OBS De Jagersplas, allowing children from 0 to 13 years to grow up in one familiar location. Our daycare center is located within the school building and provides care for up to 16 children in two horizontal groups: a baby group for children aged 0-2 years and a toddler group for children aged 2-4 years. Each group has its own space, equipped with various play corners and materials tailored to the age and development of the children. Our pedagogical professionals provide a warm and safe environment where every child has the space to develop at their own pace. We work closely with the school, allowing children to get to know the teachers from an early age and ensuring a smooth transition to primary school. Outside, children can play in our natural playground, complete with a chicken coop, vegetable garden, playhouse with slide, sandbox, and a bicycle path. We believe it's important for children to spend time outdoors and discover nature. Additionally, we use the school's gymnasium for movement activities. For meals, we collaborate with Apetito. We offer fruit in the morning and vegetables in the afternoon. At lunchtime, we serve a warm meal adapted to the different ages of the children. We take into account any allergies and dietary requirements. Our opening hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. We provide pre-school education (VVE) according to the Pyramid program, through which we prepare children for primary school in a playful manner.
