Welcome to Anita's Daycare, a warm home away from home for children from 6 weeks to 4 years old, located at Bredaseweg 17 in Zundert. Our daycare is housed in a charming outbuilding with its own entrance, situated behind Anita Lochten-Mathijssen's family home. Since 1996, we have been providing small-scale, personal childcare where every child is given the space to develop at their own pace. Our vertical group accommodates up to 16 children. This setup allows children of different ages to learn from and with each other, just like in a large family. The spaces are child-friendly and clearly arranged, with play materials tailored to various age groups. We have our own spacious outdoor playground where children can romp and discover daily. When weather permits, we spend as much time as possible outdoors. Inside, we have two separate bedrooms, a children's toilet area, a small kitchen, and of course a cozy play area where children feel at home. Babies maintain their own rhythm as much as possible, while older children participate in a fixed daily schedule with set times for eating, sleeping, and focused activities. This familiar routine gives young children the structure they need. Our team of experienced pedagogical staff – Anita, Miriam, Sietske, Silvia, Marga, Yvonne, and Anne – is ready every day with professional, loving care. We attach great importance to open and honest communication with parents. In addition to daily contact, we keep you informed through newsletters, emails, and personal conversations about your child's well-being and development. Together with the parent committee, we align expectations and ensure optimal cooperation between home and daycare. At Anita's Daycare, both children and parents feel at home. The love, honesty, and warmth we receive from the children gives us energy and makes our work special every day.
